European Energy Markets Analyst / Senior Analyst (m/f/x)
Your tasks
- Analysis of energy markets: policy/regulatory/economic energy market frameworks, RES tenders, investment
opportunities for market players. - Work closely with our modelling and consulting teams, structuring economic problems into quantifiable analyses and deriving insights from the results of our energy market models.
- Contribute to the development of our European power market model.
- Valuation of renewable and conventional generation and storage assets and PPAs.
- Communication and presentation of results in workshops and at conferences.
Your profile
- At least 1 to 4 years of experience at a consultancy, energy company, market intelligence company, research institute or other energy-related firm or institution.
- Energy economic know-how, familiarity with wholesale power markets.
- University degree with above-average grades.
- Previous experience with Matlab, Python and/or SQL would be a plus but not mandatory.
